THIS HOTEL COMMITS CREDIT CARD FRAUD, I HAD TO CALL POLICE ON THEM. They charged me a $100 incidental hold on my card that never dropped off for over a month. When I called to fix it, the employee claimed it was refunded, I told her I called my bank twice and they confirmed they did not remove it. She told me to call my bank again, I said I'll just file a dispute because I don't want to go back and forth between them and the bank. THIS EVIL LADY then charges my card another $100 fraudulently. Her excuse? She said she charged me because I "was going to file the dispute". She then refused to give her name and kept hanging up. I ultimately had to bring police to the hotel and file credit card fraud charges to get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable—watch your card charges if you stay here.
